The U16 Girls lost their final game of the regular season this weekend. Hobbling in to Birmingham with multiple injuries, the girls performed well for a half, eventually falling to BUSA 96 Elite, 6-2.

BUSA scored first, early, then Thunder scored two goals to go up 2-1. BUSA scored another just before half to tie the score at 2-2.

The second half was all BUSA, as the 6-2 final score indicates.

The team finished the fall regular season at 9–3, 5–3 in league play. The State Cup tournament is slated for the weekend of Nov 6–8. Following State Cup, the team will complete the fall season at the Nike Norcross Cup December 5–6.
